Alongside superb facilities, we have a fabulous team of event professionals who are committed to ensuring your event expectations are met.  Their wealth of knowledge and experience will support you from the initial enquiry through to pack-out. Matching your requirements with our comprehensive preferred supplier network we can provide assistance with catering; audio-visual; rigging/staging; exhibition services and event logistics queries.

Super Screens

The super screens provide a facility for daily programme information, special announcements, promotional footage and sponsor advertising.


Special requirements such as wireless connectivity, cyber cafes, video conferencing, high speed data processing, simultaneous multi-lingual translations or digital voting systems can be organised on request.


Eden Park strives to create a safe and secure environment for every event it hosts. We can provide security 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Our staff are not only trained in every aspect of security but they are friendly and knowledgeable of the facility and its surroundings which makes them ideal to assist with all your requirements.  Please speak with your event co-ordinator to organise.

Audio Visual

Eden Park’s preferred in-house audio visual supplier Vidcom is well-equipped to design and implement imaginative solutions for lighting, sound and imaging. With an in-depth knowledge of the venue the team is in the best position to offer complete flexibility and confidence.

From the requirements of a simple presentation to a spectacular production, they will provide the perfect level of support and advice. Alternatively, we will work in partnership with a client's appointed production company to achieve the best technical outcomes.

Car Parking

Eden Park has over 300 complimentary car spaces onsite, which include a number of spaces for the physically impaired. We also have ample street parking on non-game days. 

Public Transport
