Super 14 Blues home games

Simply by pre-purchasing your match ticket or presenting your Eden Park membership card (Eden Park Ground Members or ASB Club Level Members) entitles rugby supporters to take selected buses and trains to Eden Park for free at all Blues home games for 2008.

To ride for free on special bus and train services simply show your pre-purchased ticket or Eden Park membership card for the Rebel Sport Super 14 Rugby at Eden Park that day.

Trains

Take the MAXX train to the Super 14 games at Eden Park. Rebel Sport Super 14 ticket holders and Eden Park members*can travel for free on trains from all stations and on all lines to Kingsland station. Free travel starts from three hours prior to kick off and is only valid on game day.

To ride for free on train services simply show your pre-purchased ticket for that day’s home game or Eden Park membership card for the Super 14 game at Eden Park that day.

To get you to and from the game a number of extra train services will be in place. Check out the links below for special timetables.

Remember to retain your match ticket for the trip home!

Bus

Travel the easy way and catch a bus to Eden Park.  Rebel Sport Super 14 ticket holders and Eden Park  members* can travel for free on one of the special bus services operating from the North Shore and Auckland CBD to Eden Park for Blues’ home games.

Conditions of travel

  • Free bus, train and shuttle bus travel applies for travel only on Super 14 match days at Eden Park on 16 February, 22 March, 29 March, 12 April and 16 May 2008.
  • Free travel on trains starts from three hours prior to kick off and is only valid on game days.
  • Free travel on buses applies to special services only as listed above.
  • * Eden Park membership includes - ASB Club Lounge members and Eden Park Ground members.
  • To ride for free on specified bus, train and shuttle bus services you must show your relevant Eden Park membership card or your pre-purchased ticket for the match that day. Ticket receipts are not acceptable.
  • If you do not show your valid match ticket or relevant Eden Park membership card normal fares apply for regular and special train services and the following fares apply for special bus and shuttle services to Eden Park:
    • North Shore buses: $5.00 each way
    • Midtown shuttle bus: $2.00 each way
  • Tickets must be retained for return travel after the match, otherwise normal fares will apply.
  • While all effort has been made to cater for expected demand on buses and trains, space on these services is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Passengers will be boarded on a first come first served basis.
