What am I not allowed to bring into the stadium?
No glassware
No bottles over 800mls (plastic or otherwise)
No knives/cutlery (plastic OK)
No cans
No alcohol
Chilly bin must be within 350mm high by 300mm deep x 400mm wide (should be able to fit under your stadium seat)
 
Can I bring a pram into the stadium?
No, but they can be left at the offices at Gate 19 or Gate 5 for the
duration of the game.
 
Can I bring food into the stadium?
Patrons are permitted to bring food into the stadium (with the exception of Corporate areas) provided it is not commercially branded.
 
Where should I park?

Street parking for the stadium is available outside of restricted
areas.

No parking in the following streets:

  • Walters Road - north side, between Sandringham Road and Kowhai Street
  • Cricket Avenue, east side, between Walters Road and Raleigh Street
  • Cricket Avenue - east side, between Bellwood Avenue and Reimers Avenue
  • Reimers Avenue - south side, between Sandringham Road and Cricket Avenue
  • Raleigh Street - south side, between Cricket Avenue and Marlborough Street
  • Kowhai Street - west side, between Walters Road and Onslow Road
  • Dominion Road - west side, from Onslow Road to George Street
  • Burnley Terrace - north side, from Dominion Road to first speed hump
  • Onslow Road - north side, from Dominion Road to Cromwell Road
  • Sandringham Road - north side, from No. 23 to existing NSAAT

Residential Parking only in the following streets:

  • Walters Road - south side, between Kowhai Street and Marlborough Street
  • Walters Road - both sides, between Marlborough Street and Cromwell Street
  • Kowhai Street - west side, between Walters Road and Raleigh Street
  • Marlborough Street - both sides, between Raleigh Street and Burnley Street
  • Bellwood Avenue - both sides, between Cricket Avenue and Cromwell Street
  • Altham Avenue - both sides, between Sandringham Road and Rossmay Terrace
  • Rossmay Terrace - both sides, between Sandringham Road and Altham Avenue
  • Royal Terrace - both sides, between Sandringham Road and Tongariro Street
  • Tongariro Street - both sides, between Royal Terrace and Marlborough Street
  • Taupata Street - both sides, west of Marlborough Street.
  • Cromwell Street - both sides, between Onslow Road and south of Bellwood
  • Shaw Street - south side, between Sandringham Road and Collins Street
  • Wellgarth Street - east side, south of Royal Terrace

Do you have disabled parking available?
There are a limited number of disabled parks available on Cricket Avenue and in the ASB Bank Stand carpark (Entrance B) on a first come, first served basis.
 
What other facilities are available for the disabled?
Disabled patrons have free entry to the stadium and disabled seating facilities are available on Level 4 of the ASB Bank Stand which has easy access from Walters Road. Care givers are also free for (rugby) through the Rugby Union on 815 4823 but must purchase a ticket through Ticketek for (cricket). A seat will be provided for them adjacent to the disabled patron. There are no disabled seating facilities in the Terraces or South and West Stands.
 
Can I smoke at the Stadium?
No. As of 01 January 2008 Eden Park Stadium is smoke free in all seating areas. There are designated smoking areas outside of the Stadium if patrons wish to smoke.
 
What is the capacity of Eden Park?
For rugby 47,500, for cricket 42,000.
 
Where can I buy merchandise?
A retail merchandise shop operates at Eden Park during normal business hours on week days and on game days/nights.
It is located in the ASB Bank Stand, Walters Road, adjacent to the ticketing office.
 
How do I trace lost property?
Contact the Eden Park Trust Board, ph 815 5551.
 
Can I visit Eden Park?
Tours can be arranged on a prebooked basis by phoning 815 5551.
 
Where can I buy match tickets?
Cricket tickets are sold through Ticketek Ph 307 5000, www.ticketek.co.nz or visit your closest Ticketek outlet. Rugby tickets are sold through Ticketmaster Ph 0800 111 999, www.ticketmaster.co.nz or visit Ticketmasters outlets located in NZ Post Shops and Books and More Shops.
